What products do you export?
We specialise in readymade garments (cotton, ethnic, casual, formal), cosmetic and personal-care products, artificial jewellery, and a curated range of spices and seeds.
Which countries do you currently export to?
We ship regularly to Bangladesh, the UAE, the UK, South Africa, and Nepal. We are actively developing new channels in Southeast Asia, East Africa, and West Africa.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product and complexity. Cotton garments typically start at 500–1,000 pieces per SKU; jewellery at 100–200 pieces per design; spices at one 20-foot container. Reach out with your specific requirements.
Do you provide customisation options?
Yes. We support custom sizing, labelling, private-label packaging, and bespoke design runs for most product categories.
What payment terms do you offer?
We accept Letter of Credit (LC at sight), Telegraphic Transfer (TT), and partial advance with balance against documents. Terms depend on order size and buyer relationship.
How long does the full export process take?
Typically 20–25 days from order confirmation to dispatch. In-stock items can ship within 7–10 days. Custom manufacturing may extend the timeline depending on complexity.
Are you registered with government authorities?
Yes. We are IEC-registered (ABEFG2423J) with DGFT and GST-registered (19ABEFG2423J1ZF) under the Ministry of Finance. We are also a registered LLP and MSME Udyam participant.
Do you handle logistics and shipping?
Yes, end-to-end. We work with established freight forwarders for sea, air, and land freight, and provide tracking information throughout transit.
What Incoterms do you offer?
FOB, CIF, and CFR are standard. EXW and DDP can be arranged on request for specific markets.
What quality standards do you follow?
We use ISO-aligned QA principles and AQL 2.5 sampling on all finished lots. Spices are FSSAI-aligned with MRL testing. Full QA reports are shared before dispatch.
How can I get product samples?
Sample requests are welcome via WhatsApp. Sample charges and courier costs depend on the category. For serious bulk inquiries we often waive sample fees.
What documentation do you provide?
Standard export documentation includes commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading/airway bill, and applicable quality or fumigation certificates.
What happens if there is a quality issue?
We stand behind every shipment. If a defect is identified against the agreed spec, we work with you on replacement, credit, or refund.
