Supplier Vetting
Every manufacturing partner completes our onboarding audit — covering labour practices, production capacity, previous export history, and sample quality.
Raw Material Inspection
Fabric GSM, yarn count, dye fastness, spice moisture levels, and ingredient authenticity are verified at the sourcing point before production begins.
In-Line Production Monitoring
Our QC inspectors visit production floors at defined intervals — checking stitching standards, SPI, finishing, and packaging-in-progress.
Final Pre-Shipment QA
Finished lots are inspected using AQL 2.5 sampling. Measurements, labelling, barcode accuracy, and packaging integrity are all validated.
Documentation & Traceability
Every container ships with origin certificates, lab reports where relevant, packing lists, invoices, and full lot-level traceability.
