Content on this website is for informational purposes. Product images, descriptions, and specifications are representative; actual goods may vary slightly based on production lots. Every commercial transaction is governed by the specific pro-forma invoice, sales contract, and Incoterms agreed between the parties.
3. Commercial engagements
Quotations are valid for the period stated (typically 30 days). Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed pro-forma invoice and agreed payment terms. Incoterms, payment terms, MOQ, and delivery timelines are defined per transaction.
4. Intellectual property
The GRS Import Export LLP name, logo, website design, and all content are the property of GRS Import Export LLP. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GRS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability under any sales contract is limited to the invoice value of that specific transaction.
6. Disputes and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berhampore, West Bengal, unless otherwise agreed in a specific sales contract.
7. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, labour strikes, or government actions affecting exports.
